Feldman & Roth Law has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice group in New York, the firm said.
Feldman & Roth Law advises public and private companies, private equity and venture capital funds, financial institutions, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds on transactions, particularly private company M&A and private equity investments, according to the firm.
He served as a partner with the corporate and securities group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, O’Melveny said.
